I'm 5'2", about 130 lbs and got a medium. It was preeetty tight around my hips and in turn, could see through it even with nude colored underwear. Fits great on the top, but I was not expecting the bottom part to be as tight as it was. I still think it's a gorgeous dress. I just wish it was made known in the description that the bottom half will be tighter.
